The Winter Solstice, or as we say, the first day of Winter is December 21nd. This is the shortest day and longest night. With less hours of natural light, it is easy to suffer from the winter blues, which can make you feel tired, sad or moody. Instead, welcome winter by modifying or adding light to your home. A simple alteration such as changing a lighting fixture in your kitchen or dining area, can really change your mood when coming in from a cold, dreary winter’s day. Quoizel Lighting has a wide variety of beautiful hanging fixtures to choose from.
Keeping fit over the holidays may seem like an impossible task. All of the delicious foods that go hand-in-hand with the holidays are hard to resist. Between shopping, wrapping and either going or hosting a holiday party, you probably do not have the time for your regular exercise during the busy season.
Quoizel’s Boot Camp recommends these strategies to help you enjoy the holidays, keep you eating healthy and exercising so as not to have regrets later…..
Set the achievable goal of simply maintaining, and consider yourself a success if you make it to January without adding inches to your waist, hips, and thighs.
