Carolyn Kinder’s Creations Continue to Crush the Competition!

Since partnering with Quoizel back in January 2013, Carolyn Kinder’s Collections continue to be in high demand. With roots in the heartland of America, Carolyn Kinder travels the globe, discovering and developing sources to deliver rich texture, layered finishes and unique raw materials.  This can be seen in her latest creations which were introduced at this year’s January Market.

The need for style in outdoor spaces comes to light with the Weaver table and floor lamp!  The wicker-style base and brown fabric shade infuses a natural texture and creates an ambiance essential for perfect illumination for any area of your home, whether indoor or outdoor.  The Brodrick Collection is suitable for indoor or outdoor as well.  This gorgeous slate base has a stacked design with a distinctive wave pattern which creates textural excitement and is topped with a classic off-white fabric shade to create ambiance essential for perfect illumination in any area of your home.

Quoizel Welcomes Product Advisory Council!

Last week Quoizel welcomed our Product Advisory Council (PAC) to their main headquarters and showroom in Goose Creek, SC.  This council represents twenty of Quoizel’s top customers across the country and Canada who assist in the choosing of next January’s product line.

Over a 3-day period, customers survey and rate over a 100 samples.  This process helps finalize Quoizel’s 2015 new line!

All work…no play…no way… customers were treated to warm and welcoming Southern Hospitality in the heart of Charleston’s historic district. Walking tours and chucking oysters while viewing gorgeous sunsets… A big thank you to those customers who took the time out of their busy schedules.  Quoizel appreciates their valuable input.

It’s Throwback Thursday!

Back in 2000, yes that was 14 years ago, Quoizel’s tiffany vases were in high demand.  These beautiful vases came in six different designs.  They were a great conversation piece that added character to any room.

The tiffany vase to the far left was the “Baroque” in a vintage leaf finish and the “Grecian” came in a medici bronze finish.  Both had a 3-way switch to customize the perfect light setting.

Although they are no longer in Quoizel’s product line, the demand is still quite high for these gorgeous pieces. They can be seen on Ebay going to the highest bidder.

Celebrating Fat Tuesday in South Carolina and New York

Thanks to Quoizel’s own Benezech/Stricklin Sales Agency………the South Carolina & New York offices are able to enjoy a little taste of Mardi Gras…literally!

It has become tradition to celebrate Kings Day and the Mari Gras season by sharing a delicious King Cake.  It’s a cake baked in a ring, drizzled with carnival colored frostings and often sprinkled with colored sugars.  Okay, what’s up with the plastic baby in the middle? A tiny plastic baby representing Jesus is inserted into the cake. Tradition holds that the person who gets the piece with the baby in it is obligated to bring a King Cake to the next party. The Mardi Gras season comes to a close today, Fat Tuesday, the day before Ash Wednesday.
