Quoizel’s internship program continues to lead young students to success since its start in 2011. New and returning interns gain valuable work experience each summer with the program opening doors into the real world of design for many past interns.
Two of these interns, Carter Gerard and Eric Lee who have both been working under Quoizel’s Peter Cox, Director of Product Development, most recently saw their own designs come to life in some of the new items introduced at the Dallas Market last month.
A new addition to the very popular Platinum Collection, the stunning Mystic Pendant was designed by Carter Gerard. A sleek polished chrome finish, laser-cut metal shade and silver organza inner drum shade all come together to create a chic pendant that will add a bit of shimmer to any space.
Simple yet traditional the Gallery Collection designed by Eric Lee, fits perfectly into today’s style. The slender candle sleeves are provided in Royal Ebony to match the finish of the clean lines or an Ivory to add a bit of elegance. If you’re looking for a minimalist design for a space, this is it!
Also designed by Eric are the Glider and Holland collections. The contemporary Glider is a wave of style that is funky yet subdued, and the Holland is a classic style with a contemporary edge. Both of these collections did extremely well at market and would be a great addition to any bathroom suite.
It’s a win-win situation! The invaluable experience that both Carter and Eric are receiving can never be learned in a classroom, and Quoizel benefits from their enthusiasm, drive and creativity. No doubt Carter and Eric are both on the road to reaching much professional success!
