Here a Sphere, There a Sphere….

Sphere shapes are all the rage and Quoizel has many different shapes and sizes to suit your décor.

Geometric shapes and patterns can add great visual interest to a room.  When mixing spatial ideas with classic styles, a spherical light fixture keeps the balance of space simple yet distinctive.

New for 2016, the Unison fixture is perfect for any foyer or entry space. The circular framework is simplistic and focuses on symmetry and balance. The glass ball at the top of the fixture and matching band around the perimeter contrast the rich imperial bronze finish.

What an Awesome Week with PAC!

What’s PAC you ask?  Every year at this time Quoizel welcomes the Product Advisory Council (PAC) to their corporate headquarters in South Carolina.  This council is made up of premier customers from the US and Canada who Quoizel has come to rely on for their valuable input and recommendations on new product.

They spent two days in Quoizel’s showroom analyzing over 500 samples.  Their votes were tabulated and reviewed in depth with the Product Development team.  At the end of the session, Quoizel’s January 2017 line is revealed, hand-selected with the insight of these knowledgeable dealers.

Think Displays Don’t Matter…Think Again!

Looking to spruce up your space for spring?  You’re not the only one!

Many retailers have been updating displays in their showrooms with help from Quoizel’s own Jake Phillips. Great visual merchandising can spell the difference between customers who make multiple purchases and those who wander in and out of your shop empty-handed.  Therefore, it should be no surprise that Quoizel featured eight new merchandising displays at last month’s Dallas Market.  Many of their sales representatives will tell you that installing merchandise displays that properly showcase a store’s products will increase foot traffic and sales in your store.

Pastels Anyone?

Whether it is hair, make-up, clothes or even table lamps, pastels are trending up for 2016.

Introduced at the October High Point Market and just featured in Residential Lighting’s January issue, Quoizel’s Dune table lamp is current, fresh and minty!  The Dune table lamp is beautifully bright and is highlighted with silver accents. The white fabric shade contrasts with the soft blue-green textured glass base.  This stunning lamp also comes in a soft bronze and antique brass.

Like a calming wave, another pastel favorite, the Seaside table lamp is cool and serene. The soft hue of the glass base features a seedy treatment and the off-white shade is topped with an accented finial. This completes the water inspired theme.

New Year, New Trends for 2016!

Neutral colors will be everywhere you look, and according to Pantone the color trend for 2016 is rose quartz and serenity (soft pinks and blues) which will radiate a sense of order and peace. Simply White, Benjamin Moore’s color of the year, is very elegant and defined. Layered whites mixed with natural light add nuance and subtle beauty to a room. To add a bit more character, use different textures, geometric patterns and mixed metals that will all be trending in the upcoming months.

Bringing the outdoors in will continue to play a big role in homes. The Thornhill chandelier brings the form of nature to lighting with forest-like branches finished in a stark Marcado Black. In addition to having natural looking decor and greenery, welcome natural sunlight in with windows and sliding glass door systems that will allow easy access to the outdoors while adding beauty and style to any space. Outdoor living spaces and kitchens are the perfect place to relax alongside nature. They are a great addition to make your own backyard feel like a vacation spot all year long.
