Ice Ice Baby!

lightsonYou might remember Vanilla Ice as the rapper, but nowadays, Vanilla Ice aka Rob VanWinkle has traded in his vanilla icemicrophone for a hammer!  You can find him on the DIY Network flipping houses in the most desirable areas of Florida.

His show, The Vanilla Ice Project, most recently converted a Palm Beach disaster into a deluxe oasis.  The 6,300 square foot house once an eyesore was transformed into a chic, opulent mansion!

Vanilla IceDubbed the “Maroon Monster” it was crucial to give the home some curb appeal by transforming the front of the house.  A fresh coat of paint, a new front door, and replacing the old minuscule light fixture with Quoizel’s Fort Quinn made all the difference.vanilla ice1
