Centennial Celebration!

Beulah Gladstone, sister of Chairman of the Board, Ira Phillips, continues to inspire others!

Back in 2014, Quoizel featured a story on Beulah Phillips Gladstone.  Most recently WPTV Channel 5 news in West Palm Beach Florida did a segment on Beulah leading up to her 100th birthday “Hospital Volunteer Turning 100 Years Old”.  This past weekend the celebration continued with a party in her honor at Montammy Golf Club. Over 100 of her family and friends, which included 4 children, 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, with one on the way, joined in on the festivities!

How can You Make a Difference this Earth Day?

Today you will see numbers, charts and data on how LED light bulbs use less energy than the incandescent light bulb.  And, although, most consumers are making the change and realizing the energy savings, when you see it visually, it is a real eye opener!  LED Versus Incandescent Light Bulb Power Usage

In the lighting industry, conversation of LED is apparent at recent markets and on the newsstand.  In April’s Better Homes and Gardens Special Interest Lighting Magazine, there were three articles alone on light bulbs.

Happy Buyers Thrilled with Quoizel’s New Line!

With over 300 new items introduced, which one was your favorite?

Splish splash there’s plenty of bath…90 new styles including beautiful cutting-edge LED.  The Dublin Collection was a crowd favorite. The pressed glass appears mesh-like both inside and out for a textured look and the Brushed Nickel finish highlights the industrial styling of the fixture.  If your family forgets to put that fan on, no worries, this fixture is marked “Damp” for those high moisture areas.

Make the Shortest Day of the Year the Brightest!

The Winter Solstice, or as we say, the first day of Winter is tonight…the shortest day of the year.  With less hours of natural light, it is easy to suffer from the winter blues, which can make you feel tired, sad or moody.  Instead, welcome winter by modifying or adding light to your home.  A simple alteration such as changing a lighting fixture in your kitchen or dining area or adding a table lamp, can really change your mood when coming in from a cold, dreary winter’s day.

Create a Kaleidoscope of Stained Glass

Nothing gets you more into the holiday mood  than the glowing colors of the season!

Whether it’s the outside holiday lights, the lights on the tree or the festive lights in your home, the warm ambience that you can create with lighting, will make your home cozy and inviting.

Tiffany, a kaleidoscope of stained glass, can instantly transform the decor of any room. Since the light that shines through the many different colors of the stained glass is diffused in all directions, it makes Tiffany lighting so timeless and versatile.
