Create a Kaleidoscope of Stained Glass

Nothing gets you more into the holiday mood  than the glowing colors of the season!

Whether it’s the outside holiday lights, the lights on the tree or the festive lights in your home, the warm ambience that you can create with lighting, will make your home cozy and inviting.

Tiffany, a kaleidoscope of stained glass, can instantly transform the decor of any room. Since the light that shines through the many different colors of the stained glass is diffused in all directions, it makes Tiffany lighting so timeless and versatile.

Taking Lighting to New Heights

Quoizel would like to share this two-minute video on lighting trends.

This video produced by the ALA BiNational Advertising and PR Program and Better Homes and Gardens Special Interest Publications, will be shown to First Class and Business travelers on American Airlines.  Moderator, Samantha Hart, explains how “Light Defines Life”.  “Lighting can make an impact on your life.  It defines space and sets a tone”.

Filmed at this year’s June Dallas Market, it features products from various reputable and respected manufacturers. Definitely worth a few minutes of your time.

Meet Devane Design – Our First Designer Spotlight!

A classic designer, Chantal, originally from the Boston area credits her mom, a realtor, for sparking her interest in the home industry.   As a young girl, she recalls changing and moving her bedroom furniture to alter the look of her room on a regular basis…foreseeing a budding career ahead.

After moving to Minneapolis, Chantal embarked on her design career in 1999. Eventually starting her own business in 2003, she recalls her very first project was a neighbor’s log cabin.  Talk about diving in head first! Although arduous, she found it extremely rewarding. “I work really hard to get to know my clients on a personal level, and I strive to make each design unique and specific to my client and their home—and the way they live in it.”

2015 ALA Conference One for the Books!

Thank you American Lighting Association for once again organizing a great conference.  This year’s event, at the Hyatt Regency Beach Resort and Spa in Huntington Beach, California, was the association’s most attended conference on record.

Loaded with seminars, speakers and memorable social events as well as the opportunity to network with customers and colleagues, the conference proved to be very informative for all in attendance.

Thanks to all who stopped by the Quoizel booth and entered the “NY” (Newbury) contest. Congratulations to Nick of Yale Appliance and Lighting, the winner of the Go-Pro camera!

Quoizel’s Proud Partnership with Habitat For Humanity

Quoizel’s belief that everyone should have a healthy, affordable place to call home continues with its commitment to Habitat for Humanity. It’s more than building homes.  Habitat builds communities, they build hope and they build the opportunity for families to help themselves.

This year Quoizel raised funds selling raffles and refreshments during its April Warehouse Sale, as well as a Facebook campaign where they donated money for every new “Like”.  Many of Quoizel’s employees have taken time out of their busy schedules to work with Habitat for Humanity chapters in both New York and South Carolina, but Quoizel’s commitment doesn’t stop there…
