Drum Pendant Lighting

Certain design trends you can easily incorporate into your space without blowing your budget.  Lighting is one of them, and the trend of pendant lighting continues in 2012.  Drum lighting sales are stronger than ever and with the different styles available, there are no signs that pendant lighting is slowing down.

Drum lighting can be seen in many homes, offices and restaurants giving off a chic, modern and artistic aura to any space.  Many of today’s decorating publications feature drum-shaped lighting which casts soft light to a specific part of the room to enable certain tasks such as preparing food and dining.

Not the “Norm” at Quoizel’s Monthly Employee Meeting

Last week’s monthly meeting was far from the “norm” when Rick Seidman, President & CEO, emceed Quoizel’s Lighting Fashion Show.  Employees, Ana, Alice, Stacey, Malcolm and Patricia modeled off some of the new line that was introduced at January’s Dallas Market.

After Howard Greenberg, National Sales Manager, and Alan Katz, VP of Sales, presented their updates, they introduced Denis Caldora, a merchandising, design and sales training expert.

Denis mesmerized the Quoizel employees with his interesting and entertaining stories, and his take on the lighting industry.  His enthusiasm is contagious, and he captivated the audience as he explained the fashion show event that will be debuting in dealer’s showrooms across the country.

LED2 — The New Forme Collection!

Another line that looks like a sure hit is the LED2 bath collection!  This contemporary line was introduced at January’s Dallas Market, and just like Vetreo, it is turning heads in the lighting industry.

These contemporary chrome pieces are so versatile they are offered in four geometrical forms….curves, cubes, optics and angles.  This high-quality product will add beauty to your bathroom when mounted as an uplight or a downlight.  The innovative collection is available with the LED strip, which creates a nightlight when the lights are off.  It is not only innovative and sophisticated but environmentally friendly while conserving energy.

Use Chandeliers in Your Home for a Romantic Decor

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and it has put us all in a romantic mood here at Quoizel. It’s not surprising considering the amount of gorgeous chandeliers we have to choose from. If you’re also someone who envisions a home that has a romantic feel, consider lighting your rooms in luxury!

While chandeliers are frequently the go-to for foyers or formal dining rooms, we like the trend of using them in any room we wish to add a little flair to. Many desire their bathrooms to be turned into luxurious rooms where they can recharge, indulge or have a place to escape.  If the space allows adding a chandelier, it can have an immediate impact without a lot of cost.
