“Market” at Dallas Market Center

Quoizel is just a few weeks away from “market” where they will be introducing their new product line.  Lighting has two markets a year at the Dallas Market Center, January & June, where merchants display their current and new lines for buyers to view and purchase for the upcoming season.  There is always excitement and anticipation when introducing a new line, and this June is no different with over 100 new pieces being introduced at Quoizel’s newly remodeled 14,000 square foot Dallas showroom.

There are 100 acres of space and 5 million square feet overall at the Dallas Market Center, which showcases more than 25,000 lines in lighting, gift, home accents, home textiles, rugs and more.  The DMC welcomes 200,000 buyers a year and an estimated $8 billion of wholesale transactions are conducted within the DMC complex annually.  Founded in 1957 by real estate developer Trammell Crow, the Dallas Market Center has undergone numerous expansions and renovations, and it was the destination of President John F. Kennedy’s motorcade in 1963 when the President was assassinated.
