Customer Service, based in New York, handes many calls throughout the day, and although most are satisfied customers, it is always appreciated when a customer takes time out of their day to acknowledge the department.  So, we thought we would share a note that was sent from a customer this week…  “A friend gave me a gift of a Quoizel carriage lamp.  It was lovely, but upon installation, we discovered it was missing a part.  I contacted Quoizel, and they immediately helped to locate a part and shipped it to me at no charge.  They required no documentation, there were no endless transfer of calls, just an attitude of what’s your issue and how can we fix it.  How remarkable in today’s world!  How refreshing!  I’d recommend Quoizel heartily to all.”  Kristy Barclay
